Forres Chinese New Year comes to an end this afternoon with the Closing Ceremony which will be held at the Forres Town Hall, today 1.30pm. With members of our local community performing martial arts, music, dance and drama, this afternoon’s ceremony promises to be a wonderful finish to the first Forres Chinese New Year. All are welcome to this free event!
